Anchor Plaza - EUR 57,6 million real estate financing from Eurohypo AG 2008-10-07 Bucharest, October 7, 2008 Anchor Office Development and Management SRL, group company part of Anchor Grup, announced that it was granted a loan of EUR 57.6 million from Eurohypo AG, Germany. The loan is intended for refinancing Anchor Plaza office building.

Anchor Plaza, inaugurated in 2006, is a class A office building bordering Plaza Romania Shopping Center. It has approximately 26,000 sqm of GLA and 246 parking places. Anchor Plaza is currently 100 % leased, accommodating important companies such as Credit Europe Bank, Carrefour, Adobe Systems, Romtelecom, RTC Holding and Kanal D.

Ali Capa, the Chief Financial Officer of Anchor Grup, said: "Anchor Office Development and Management SRL was proud to be able to demonstrate its credibility among reputable financial institutions by attracting this financing, despite the economic volatility around the globe. With this new financing, Anchor Grup consolidated its position as one of the largest and most reputable real estate borrowers in Romania."
