The Fibalife Rahat Tasam Evleri condominium consists of a total of 144 units with a mix of ground floor duplex, and normal apartment units, each of which has its own assigned indoor parking space. Amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, a cafe, a childrens playground, and a multipurpose sports field. Units were sold out long before the projects completion date and residents began moving in as of January 2007. Total investment value is USD 28 million.

The Cubuklu Vadi project in Beykoz - Istanbul was undertaken in June 2006 by Fiba Yuksel International, a joint venture between Fiba Real Estate and YukselConstruction Company. Located in a forested valley on the Asian side of Istanbul,the first phase of Cubuklu Vadi consists of 117 high-end villas on 214,000 sqm of land.

Six different villa types, ranging from 220 sqm to 600 sqm with terraces and private yards, are designed to take advantage of the natural setting while also providing a comfortable and modern living environment. Architectural design is by Arolat Architects design is by Arolat Architects, a famous local design office and landscape design is by Rainer Schimdt in Berlin, an internationally-awarded landscape design office worked in cooperation to create architecture in harmony with the rich, unique, natural features in the area. The project will be completed by the end of 2009 at a total investment value of about USD 67 million.

Manolya Evleri Istanbul, Turkey


Located at one of the most strategic points in Bahcesehir on the European side of Istanbul, Manolya Evleri is situated on 25,000 sqm of land. The project is being undertaken by Fiba Real Estate under a contract with the Housing Development Administration of Turkey on a revenue-sharing basis at a total investment value of USD 100 million. Consisting of 408 units of different types that appeal to different expectations and needs and also an investment that will never lose its value, Manolya Evleri sales began in April 2007. As of this date, 50% of the units have been sold. All units will be delivered by end-May 2008.

Mavisehir Residential Project
Izmir, Turkey

Located on 38,000 sqm in the Mavisehir district of Izmir city, Mavisehir is the first residential project to be developed by FIBA Real Estate outside Istanbul. The project consists of 7 blocks with 624 units in various types from 1+1 to 4+1 designed to meet different needs and tastes. Outdoor and indoor sports areas, swimming pools, decorative pools, walking and jogging courses, recreation areas, and playgrounds capable of meeting all the social requirements of the people today are all located on grounds whose landscaping integrates them into the natural setting.

Fiba Real Estate is continuing to work on a new development project on a land of 440,000 sqm in the Alemdag district on the Asian side of Istanbul. Land acquisition has been going on since late 2005. The master plan and architectural projects are expected to be completed by the end of 2008. As currently planned, this project calls for the construction of about 450 villas and a commercial area at a total investment value of USD 137 million. Aimed to be a concept meeting high income level customer expectations, adopting changing trends, creative and environmental sensitive with a well defined target group.

M1 shopping malls, retailing investments undertaken by Fiba Mall, are located in the cities of Adana, Gaziantep, Konya and Kartal - Istanbul in Turkey. M1 shopping malls are managed by the Metro Group.

Shengyang Mixed-Use Project
Shengyang, China

The first project to be developed by Starmall, a partnership of EMREI together with Turkmall Retail B. V. of the Netherlands and the Red Star Group, is a more than 200,000 sqm mixed-use development on Shenyang. The project will consist of a western-style shopping center of approximately 140,000 sqm GLA and a minimum 300-key five-star hotel. The land for the development had been secured through a competitive bidding in July 2007.

Era Architectural Group of Turkey completed the projects conceptual design work. CSADRI, one of the best design offices in China, is currently working on the design development phase. Groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in April 2008 and completion is targeted for mid 2010. Total value of the investment is estimated at approximately USD 200 million. Starmall, either directly or through its partners, has also entered into preliminary agreements with the locat authorities of the cities of Nanjing, Wuxi, and Wujin/ Changzhou for land with areas in the 150,000-250,000 sqm range that is suitable for mixed-use development. The Starmall team has recently taken up residence in the country. Based in Shanghai its members will be playing an active role in the execution of ongoing projects while working intensively on the development of new ones as well.

SwissĂ´tel The Bosphorus
Istanbul, Turkey

Commencing operations in 1991 with 571 rooms of which 240 have a Bosphorus view, the hotel was acquired by Fiba Group from AJT in April 2005. The hotel is managed by Raffles International, Swissotel.
